Who is this space for?
This space is for those looking to organize the operations of their Mid-Term Rental (Corporate Housing) Business.
In this space one can keep track of all the necessary information for their current, upcoming and past reservations. You can also track the progress individual and B2B tenant leads. They will also have access to a maintenance form for tenants to fill out whenever they have a maintenance issue. This will allow you to easily keep track of any maintenance issues to completion as well as other boards to aid in the organization and growth of their Mid-Term Rental Business.

I manage dozens of mid-term rentals and struggled to find a PMS (property management system) that worked for me. The short-term rental PMS’ were costly and had tons of features/integrations that I didn’t need. The long-term rental PMS’ lacked many of the features and items that I wanted to track. So I have created this Monday Space to perfectly cater to the needs of MTR hosts!
