A budget that can be used to project profitability is essential for any biz owner who wants to scale their operations, meet their goals— and, make money. I use this P&L template to track my profitability month over month; and, I use the expenses columns for future months for budgeting. I like using a P&L template for my budget so that I always factor in how my budgeted expenses will affect my bottom line.
